- 1 cup butter (unsalted, 2 sticks)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 8 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup parsley (finely chopped)
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a sauce pan on medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and allow garlic to cook for 5 minutes
- Add heavy cream and lemon juice. Stir.
- Add grated parmesan cheese and stir
- After the cheese has melted, lower the heat to medium and add the chopped parsley.
- Add freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste.
- Lower the heat to medium-low and stir occasionally. Keep warm until ready to serve.
