Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter (unsalted, 2 sticks)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 8 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a sauce pan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and allow garlic to cook for 5 minutes
  3. Add heavy cream and lemon juice. Stir.
  4. Add grated parmesan cheese and stir
  5. After the cheese has melted, lower the heat to medium and add the chopped parsley.
  6. Add freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste.
  7. Lower the heat to medium-low and stir occasionally. Keep warm until ready to serve.
