While the oven is pre-heating, start making the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce that will be served with the Chilean Sea Bass.

- 2 1/2 lbs. Chilean sea bass fillet
- Coarse sea salt
- Olive oil
- Lemons
- Parsley (garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°
- Remove the Chilean sea bass filet from the refrigerator and allow it to reach room temperature.
- Pat-dry the filet.
- Add salt, olive oil, and lemon juice to both sides, pressing down to make sure the salt sticks.
- Place the fillets on a broiler rack and roast for 10 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145° F. Adjust cook time based on the thickness of the fillet.
- Remove from oven and plate. Pour the creamy garlic butter sauce over the fillet. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
