- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz rosemary simple syrup
- Garnish: fresh rosemary sprig
Instructions
- Add the gin, lime juice, and rosemary syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake well
- Pour into a coupe glass, or pour over ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig
Notes
Rosemary simple syrup: add 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup water, and a few rosemary sprigs to a pot and bring to a boil. Lower heat to medium for approximately 10 minutes and mix until sugar is dissolved. Allow it to cool before using.
